Our History

Our History

Ron and Robert Perrin are the managers of Water Tower Diving Specialists, and we have grown to become a leading utility contractor in Texas and the surrounding States. Ron has been a certified diver since the 80's and holds an OSHA certification as Safety and Health Environmental Professional (SHEP).  Robert is a certified Tank Inspector by the Steel Tank Institute (STI), holds a Specialist in Safety and Health OSHA Certification and and and has completed the Kirby Morgan Technicians course at the Professional Diver Training Center (PDTC) in Alvarado, TX. Our experienced team has been providing top-notch services since 1997.

Our History

Our Team

Meet our team of dedicated professionals who work tirelessly to ensure that every project is completed to the highest standards. We take pride in our work and strive to exceed our clients' expectations.   

Dive Supervisor Edwin Hernandez is an Ocean Corporation Graduate and certified Association of Diving Contractors International (ADCI) Line Air Diver. Edwin has offshore diving experience and has been a part of our team since July 2018.    

Nick Gomez has been on our dive team since February 2024. He is a former Marine (2003-2010) and water quality professional. He went to Marine Combat Dive School in Panama City, Florida. After his military service, Nick worked as a Field Technician for Aqua Tech Laboratories, working with drinking water samples for almost a decade. In 2024, Nick received additional In-Service Dive Training on the use of Kirby Morgan Commercial Diving Systems at Professional Diver Training Center PDTC.
